Tour FAQs

Why can’t I see a price?

We offer personalized, private travel experiences. The price depends on your party size and preferences.

Can we organize this private tour on a Monday?

The Academia Gallery is always closed on Mondays, so that's perhaps a good day to consider either our Best of Florence Highlights Private Tour or our Florence Street Food Tour.

Does the tour visit the inside of the Duomo?

You will see the Duomo, also known as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore from the outside and your guide will discuss its exterior and significance. However, the tour does not include a visit inside the Duomo because the Duomo does not offer skip the line tickets. Thus the entrance lines can be quite atrocious.

What happens if it's raining?

Our tours happen rain or shine. Our guides are great at adapting their route during changes of weather. In the event of a rainy day, we suggest wearing waterproof shoes and bringing an umbrella.
