- This private tour is available on request any day except Mondays, Christmas Day, January 1, and August 15.
- For safety reasons, all visitors must pass through metal detectors and there is sometimes a line for this.
- The Academia Gallery with Michelangelo’s David is the most frequently visited museums in Florence. The museum has a "limited number of visitors per hour" policy. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Good to Know
- Occasionally, this tour may run in reverse order visiting Florence highlights prior to entering the Accademia Gallery.
- Almost all the buildings, with the exception of the Academia Gallery, will be viewed from the exterior only.
- All members of your party must present at the Accademia Gallery a valid proof of identification prior to entrance (copies of passports or ID on your phone will be fine).
- Make sure to only bring small handbags with you. The Accademia Gallery does not have cloakrooms or lockers therefore visitors with large bags and/or backpacks will not be allowed to enter.
- Only plastic water bottles of 50cl or smaller may be taken into the Museum. No other drinks are permitted.
- Wear comfortable shoes.
- This tour is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with impaired mobility.
