Trip Price Guidelines

Boutique: €900 – €1,300 per person per day
This level of planning, accommodation and touring includes comprehensive consultation in curating a vacation itinerary that fits with your needs, very personally. A curated selection of 4-star accommodations, a mix of unique private experiences and independent exploration, and transportation within the country via Italy’s rail system and private vehicles where appropriate. On the ground same time zone support from our Italy based team whilst traveling.

Luxury: €1,300 – €1,800 per person per day
This level of planning, accommodation and touring includes comprehensive consultation in curating a vacation itinerary that fits with your needs, very personally. A thoughtfully curated selection of luxury accommodations, a mix of exclusive private experiences with local experts, and in-country ground transportation in luxury, private vehicles. On the ground same time zone support from our Italy based team whilst traveling.
White Glove: €1,800+ per person per day
A White Glove trip simply includes the best of the best, with boundless possibilities.

Special Notes:

The prices above are per person per day and based on double occupancy. These rates are indicative and based on two people traveling together for a minimum of one week. Traveling in larger groups normally results in a higher overall price of your tailor-made vacation but may reduce the per person cost.
We do not provide price breakdowns. Your custom-tailored itinerary is offered as a completely bespoke package, and we don’t include itemized pricing.
We only work on trips holistically. We specialize in crafting unforgettable, week-long or longer journeys through Italy. Our expertise lies in creating holistic itineraries that seamlessly blend luxury accommodations, authentic experiences, and insider knowledge.
We do not offer a la carte services. To provide the highest level of personalized service, we focus on creating bespoke itineraries rather than offering individual components. This allows us to curate truly exceptional experiences tailored to your specific desires.
We operate on a design fee basis. To ensure the highest level of customization and attention to detail, we require a design fee to initiate the creation of your bespoke Italian itinerary.

Trip Design Fee

As with most professional travel agencies, we charge a trip design fee to initiate the planning process. This investment covers our Italian Travel Advisors’ time and expertise in crafting your bespoke itinerary.

Base Fee: Starts at €1000 per trip. The amount varies based on the complexity of your itinerary, including the number of travelers, destinations and specific requests, and will be discussed during our initial consultation.

Late Booking Fee: Bookings made less than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a €300 late booking fee in addition to the standard trip planning fee.

What the Fee Includes:

In-depth consultation and needs assessment
Research, planning, and itinerary development
Ongoing communication and revisions
Expert guidance and recommendations

Because it covers the initial consultation, research, and time spent on the proposal, this fee is non-refundable. If you decide to explore a different destination, an additional planning fee of €200 will apply for each new itinerary proposal.
